Reporting Content
We permit the reporting of any content that may be illegal, unlawful, non-consensual, infringing, or otherwise in violation of applicable laws or our Standards.
Complaints may be submitted by:
A complaint must include:
- URL(s) of the reported content
- Description of the issue
- Reason for the complaint
- Supporting documentation (if applicable)
- Contact information of the complainant
All complaints will be reviewed and resolved within five (5) business days, provided sufficient information is supplied.
Review Process
Upon receipt of a complaint:
- The complaint is logged and reviewed by our compliance team.
- The reported content is evaluated under applicable laws and our Standards.
- Additional information may be requested if necessary.
- A determination is made and the complainant is notified of the outcome.
Outcomes and Appeals
Following investigation, we may take one or more of the following actions:
- No action if no violation is found
- Temporary removal of the content
- Permanent removal of the content
- Account restriction or suspension
- Reporting to relevant authorities where legally required
If a content owner disagrees with a decision, an appeal may be submitted within five (5) business days of notification. Appeals must include any additional supporting information.
Appeals are reviewed and a final determination will be issued within five (5) business days.
